• Removing jewellery during sports, gym activity, or manual labour

• Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals and chlorine

• Scheduling regular inspections to ensure prongs and settings remain secure

Jewellery is often most vulnerable when worn daily, and proactive care significantly extends its

lifespan.

Because custom rings are made specifically to a client’s individual specifications (including but

not limited to ring size, stone selection, setting design, and metal choice), we do not offer

refunds or returns for change of mind, including:

• Deciding you no longer like the design

• Finding the item elsewhere for a lower price

• No longer requiring the item

This does not affect your rights under Canadian Consumer Law in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.
